Poor management , franchise owners are like horrible , not giving proper salary , always giving to unwanted extra work , owners will tell you to buy cigarettes, food et etc

... an artistic enterprise function in this manner. Even the artists are yelled at. Even if the customers are happy with the tattoo, the artist is suspended without pay to "practice" if the founder doesn't approve of it. After I left, the inexperienced marketing manager bad mouthed me to other employees saying that I was a "rich spoilt brat". If you just come in and do your job and leave, that also is not enough, you're supposed to stay late and do more. It is hands down my worst experience at a company. I have never written a review before but this time it felt necessary. The key problem is a lack of education, culture and etiquette, both personally and professionally.

There is actually nothing to dislike, it was my personal decision to quit, it has a great work atmosphere vibe!
