No one recognises juniors over there. We just need to work like donkeys, and all the seniors will get the credit.if your junior there no job security for you next day you go to this office thay might be relieving you without any notice and main part is that company doesn't have any reason to relieve you.The new hr is so full of himself. he thinks that he's going to change this company and make it the next Google or Microsoft. Company doesn't know who is working and who is actually working so anyone can get appraisal so if your working your assoff you didn't get appraisal and your mate who is just setting beside you and scrolling insta get massive increment so basically this company is based on favouriteism and all the employees are there colleagues and brothers and sisters.

Best training one can have for their startup. The best thing at Alian IT software is that you can learn a lot and it adopts the latest technology that keeps you up to date. I love the fact that I have been a part of this company it has global clients base. I would give a 5 start rating to the company HR and the overall staff. Everything is fabulous over here.
