No Good Salary Hikes for QA Job security was good before no one ask to resign in bench period. Company is now Integrated with FROM , so now it stars declining Job security. No QA Automation Projects Slow Growth

It's been almost a year since I'm working here, other than few team members there is nothing to like.

Dislikes

- work life balance is terrible (depends from manager to manager) - no compensation or benifits other than your salary - HRs & their policies are pathetic - If you are serving NP, then you are companies enemy. Manager will poke you and keep track of your every tasks. HRs won't respond to you in NP

Work satisfaction, career growth and Opportunities, Job Security, Company culture, Compensation and benefits, Work life balance, skill development and learning. Total overall experience is awesome.

I did not find any cons in Algoworks

1) The company has lot of projects and they are good at realising your talent and giving opportunities which groom your talent and skills even further. 2) If you are in a client facing role, you can grow your soft skills a lot.

Dislikes

1) The pay is not upto the mark and there is not much being done to give good hikes although they promise it during each cycle. 2) High Attrition rate. 3) Complacency on part of senior employees.

Likes

The work environment is great. Great support during the Pandemic, timely salary disbursements, Bonus disbursements, and also company is providing appraisal even in COVID. The teams have also got help from Network teams regarding systems and devices.

I miss the lunch that was provided to employees earlier
