Cost cutting in the basic necessities like snacks. They stopped it within 2 months after I joined the company. Managing director does not want to hire experienced staff to smoothen work flow. Research team has been gutted because of managing directors manhandling. Employees from other teams are also leaving the company due to the way managing director handled the research team as there is no coordination between any of the teams.
