1. I have always been treated with respect by everyone in the company. 2. Instead of being competitive, co-workers are super supportive. 3. There is work-life balance and all-round work satisfaction. 4. I have always been given a chance to show my strengths areas and use them in my work. 5. While others may not see it as important, but having a game room next to canteen area is something really good. We normally play table tennis for almost 30 mins after finishing our lunch.

Dislikes

1. Would love it if we were given two days of work-from-home option every week. 2. Would be nice to have more team outings.

Likes

I like the overall work culture and skill development that has helped me become a better version of myself. I also like the management's vision that drives the company to great heights.

Dislikes

I think parking the car sometimes becomes challenging due to limited space.
