That company management is very poor. Every month I get my salary after 15th only and food also not good

ITS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE IT IS ONE OF THE MOST FAMOUS RUBBER PROCESSING MACHINERIES COMPANY IN INDIA. IT HAS AN INDIAN COLLABARATION IN SOME OF THE COUNTRIES LIKE ETHOPIA, SRI LANKA, BANGLADESH & NEPAL. THE STAFF HERE IS SUPPORTING ME A LOT. I HAVE LEARNT MORE & IMPROVED MY KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE MANUFACTURING INDUSTRIES AND PROCESSES TAKE OVER.

THE ONLY ONE DEFECT IS THERE IS NO ANY INCREMENTS IN SALARIES

It's 's an good company work wise, got very good opportunities to learn new things in , got good exposure to vendors & also to customers during subcontracting works .

Career growth, salary/appraisal.In spite of handling the whole department with 13 years experience under my AGM, didn't get proper encouragement, career growth & salary. Lot's of politics.
