...s company. Ethics wise it is a nightmare. Emoluments are just laughing stuff. B. Tech engineers are paid salary below 4000rs. ITI (technicians) are paid like 2500rs and therefore forced to do overtime so as to make a descent amount. Engineers are not even provided proper chairs to sit on as the management doesn't find it profitable that a paid engineer be sitting around in the work place. As the employees are made to work overtime,work-life balance goes into the bin. No proper bathroom is provided, as that may again be loss to productivity. Well I must stop here as I find it really hard to review without using abusive words.
