One can get to learn a lot about transformers here

This company manufactures distribution and power transformers. So as a fresher I sought knowledge and experience here (back in 2011). All other aspects are literally terrible in this company. Ethics wise it is a nightmare. Emoluments are just laughing stuff. B. Tech engineers are paid salary below 4000rs. ITI (technicians) are paid like 2500rs and therefore forced to do overtime so as to make a descent amount. Engineers are not even provided proper chairs to sit on as the management doesn't find it profitable that a paid engineer be sitting around in the work place. As the employees are made to work overtime,work-life balance goes into the bin. No proper bathroom is provided, as that may again be loss to productivity. Well I must stop here as I find it really hard to review without using abusive words....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
