There is hardly any salary growth as compared to other companies. There are too many rules and regulations to follow which makes it difficult to work as a creative individual. And there is no creative growth after some time.

Nice company, I learned a lot of things in Alfa Overseas as research analyst, we are handling ticket bse client's so it helps us grow knowledge of different different things.

Poor management system, dont have career opportunities.

Working here was bearable only because of lively young team members here.

Dislikes

Management is pretty regressive and micromanaging. Upward mobility is limited. Career progression of an employee is a low priority here
