Dislikes

It is no longer operational in India because of a major restructuring decision taken by the CEO. Management in the US is not employee centric but very ruthless in their decision making. Poor job security.

I wish Alexion had work from home option for post maternity cases if required or had some childcare facility Also it lacked job security
