- The RPO setup is horrible. - No leadership support - They pay you to follow orders - One must face the wrath if the orders from the managers are not followed. - They will want you to be online 24/7

Salary comes on time. High on Compliance. Has Top Corporate Clients.

Dislikes

Have just become Profit centered from the time FlexAbility has become AMS. The restructuring has caused many people loose their jobs. even the performers are put to dark lights and shown as non performers and has been asked to leave. The culture has changed and not people oriented at all now. They just look at profits. no work life balance. too much of unnecessary pressure building here. Client side performance is ignored completely and only you are held responsible for the decline in the revenue from Client. Lot of imparity in the system. They are ready to take outsiders at a higher cost but but interested to groom and scale up a person internally.

I spent 2.7 years working in AMS. AMS had a toxic work culture, impacting employee morale and well-being. Planning for leaves was difficult, often requiring work on Saturdays and necessitating employees to practically beg for time off. Managers exhibited intrusive behavior, calling employees during leaves, after working hours, and even during personal crises, leading to a lack of work-life balance. The appraisal system appeared unfair, with managers receiving 40-50% increments compared to employees who received only 5-7%, creating a significant disparity. The organization displayed insensitivity, such as calling employees on the day of a family member's death, contributing to a generally unpleasant and challenging work environment.
