Have just become Profit centered from the time FlexAbility has become AMS. The restructuring has caused many people loose their jobs. even the performers are put to dark lights and shown as non performers and has been asked to leave. The culture has changed and not people oriented at all now. They just look at profits. no work life balance. too much of unnecessary pressure building here. Client side performance is ignored completely and only you are held responsible for the decline in the revenue from Client. Lot of imparity in the system. They are ready to take outsiders at a higher cost but but interested to groom and scale up a person internally.

Sudha Pandey is extremely shameless female, planning plotting , to do Harrasment and finally removing employees with help of her friends in the company to take Revenge, on face she will pretend to be helpful, but she is a big Backstabber. Has got promoted just by doing Buttering

People like Tania Paras, shift to Big Cities for Job , in just one statement in the interview they are hired that, do not have opportunity in their native place/ state /village. post getting job they support only their community employees in the company and openly spoil work for others, she just want designation and salary and dosen't want to work. Extremely Shameless female, no matter what you will get what you have given others WORST work experience with this useless female
