The worst company a fresher GET can start with. Firstly they will provide less salary. No training of testing is given to fresher engineers. They will say only to read the standards. And suddenly at the end of shift they say randomly to fresher engineer you have to go to the random site and first do documentation with client and make them ready for govt audit. How can a fresher do testing with knowing how to do it? I told the interviewer that I am a pass-out of private college from Delhi he said so what In private colleges also training is being given. I was like. Do you know how many types of testing are their and no private college provide testing training. And they does not provide you travel money I even heard owner saying when he will come back from site then we will decide how much to give him. No professionalism just making their profits. It is an advice not to join this company to freshers.

...o learn for technical person this company is best privilege for fresher and exp. also,here engineer are not limited with only one products they have all kind of experience regarding the product, many consult with us and we going there for check his product quality as per isi standard if not be then we suggest and trained his engineer, we give training to the engineer about his product testing on lab and then trained for audit there is lot of chances for career growth and thins to learn but job security is depend on your performance, work environment is very good as i expect and there is so many chances to go abroad for checking there quality and work with there industry and i am concern i am going soon, here the problem is salary that is why i am looking for another better organisation with salary and career growth.

dont go engg here for interview because there is no respect of this company when yu go on field then yu feel.facaltuy are very rude this is a smallconsultancy and 4 CEO OF THIS SMALL consulatncy they fight between each other always .again i am saying dont join this consultancy.

There is nothing to like as they don't respect your good work, company directors left nothing to like as they don't want that their company employees learn more as they afraid of their employees will demand for the salary increment or they go elsewhere.

Everything. They have no huminity about their clients. They demand high rate money for the equipment which is required for the certification but provide very low quality equipment.
