"Working at Alena Life Sciences has been one of the most disappointing experiences of my career. The management is disorganized, with no clear direction or leadership. Employees are overworked and undervalued, with no recognition for their efforts or opportunities for growth. The workplace culture is toxic, with favoritism and office politics rampant. Promises of career development and support during onboarding were completely empty. There’s little regard for employee well-being, and the lack of transparency in decision-making is frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone seeking a supportive and professional work environment." CEO of the company is having very critical mindset , never think about families of an employee,he took decisions just like that,fired so many people just like that.almost more hundred employees on road because of the company Don't join in this organisation your life will be miserable,being jobless is one bad phase for middle class family man ,if you interested this organisation you will face this phase for sure,this organisation started in 2023 but no confirmed employee is exist in this company.i strongly recommend don't join in this organisation if they offer better package also.
