These people have changed the about company from alembic realestate to alembic pharmaceutical recently. Because of the bad reviews. No work culture. Highly egoistic professionals. No sense of bonding. Very poor pay masters. They expect every thing from your end but themselves doesn't have any skills, rough attitude towards their own employees.

Culture of the company, Promotion and appraisal system. Very badly talk with analyst . HR person is also involved in badly talk with us. Also management has no idea that how to takle the situation. They all depends on analyst only. If u made simple mistake than they treated as like a crime . So finally don't go .
