Salary wise only some what good

First thing is HR policy in Hyderabad is very terrible (They don't support employees). There is no job security, someone high level one did fraud, another low level employee only suffer, without enquiry they remove from job and they don't tell the genuine reason why they are doing lay off. And work culture is very bad in Hyderabad peptides R &D. For recruit their team from previous company, the site head create some negativity, and put praposal to higher management to remove some people. There is no one working for company, to complete projects without queries, they want to do projects delay and they want their job security for another 5 years. Management not thinking who is doing write and who is manipulating things,.just believe the fraud peoples only.

ALEMBIC PHARMACEUTICALS as a company is all over average company. Sometimes Target is achieved and sometimes not achieved. But well known company in the field .

Dislikes

Salary is average. Adjustment issues are hude due monthly Target acheivment. That's the main reason to leave.

Very good work life balance. Management is very transparent and provide great work environment to individuals.

Salary is decent. However can be improved on annual appraisal percentage based on performance without any upper limitations

Only your Subordinate in your team support. On time salary.

One of the worst culture n behaviour issues from management. Completely no benefit even u do wonders in alembic. Doesn't value people hardworking. Not right salary structure to senior working employees at downtheline. Purely Top Management internal political company. I had forced to make my decision. Worst HR policies for recruitment

When team members resigned there is culture to work individually in any HQ and conditions that only not likely
