Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year 👍 and good company to us ....

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow...

Good work environment and Culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policy are good

ALEC is south African firm established in UAE. I finished 3 years years of working with ALEC presently. Culture and infrastructure is rich.

Dislikes

ALEC doesn't provide equal opportunities and job benefits to all its employees. growth level is terrible/absolute.The productive work (direct works) all given to Indians whereas south Africans contributes only supportive role for business.
