its okay for freshers. you can learn little bit. Some colleagues nice. office location good.

...salry growth. Noisy office. stress all time. when they dont need you they fire. and dont even give full salary or notice. or expereince letter. bad policies. not appreciate hard work. Everyone is unhappy. boss himself confused. dont give laptop or mobile sim or other tools. no help SAVE YOURSELF and if you are still there go look for other job asap.

There are some employee who know to give respect and work from the reputation of the company but i am sure the other company le dubenge 100% sure.

every things the salary there is no appraisal for any thing you do even u work hard thet need more and more this company will not treat you like human but definately they things we are the labour who work and die. the work atmosphere is the worst they have the demotivating meeting which lows your energy to start you work and also kills the day for you, the three months i worked with this company provided me the worst experience.

I wasted my so much time in this company I realise sometime, no job guarantee not only this disrespectful behavior always everyday you will feel bad for yourself that how I am dealing this how can I tolerate this Not even salary on time Workload 24/7 Gossiping about your personal life and family They look for the intern who is rich and wealthy so they can ( be there fiends and enjoy their life) Telling you BACH JAO or sahi naukri dundo

This company gives you chance to learn and work with top executives of best in class companies such as Google, IBM, Amazon etc. It is very secure for females. There is family environment inside the company. You get very good guidance from seniors. They do regular employee surveys and take feedback of employees. You get work from home and leaves without any difficulty. Bosses are humane & very good. I will recommend to join here.

Nothing as such. Sometimes they are too human that some employees take their advantage but company doesn't mind that. There value system is very good. They should not be so good. Love working here.

Likes

Alden global gives time to learn your job. The seniors will guide you to do your job and support you. You are working with global MNC customers in the world. I had low experience but they really coached me to do big things here.

Dislikes

Nothing much. I have seen some people who were poor performers have left wrong reviews at Ambition box. This is wrong on the employees part. Its a great place to work.
