There are many reasons to dislike this place, but here are a few key points: All the 5-star ratings seem to come from people working outside India or those who are pampered. The work culture is filled with politics, favoritism, and a toxic environment. if you're not on their "good list," you'll constantly face challenges, no matter how hard you work. It's clear that personal connections outweigh actual performance here, making it a frustrating place to work.

...ism. Middle management creates unnecessary work pressure. No Work- life balance. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow. No timely reimbursements. Flexible timings is only for name sake. Micro-Management.

Good Team members and salary package they offer. Almost 100% hike as that’s the key differentiator for them to hire good talent.
