The work culture is filled with politics, favoritism, and a toxic environment. if you're not on their "good list," you'll constantly face challenges, no matter how hard you work. It's clear that personal connections outweigh actual performance here, making it a frustrating place to work.

...ism. Middle management creates unnecessary work pressure. No Work- life balance. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow. No timely reimbursements. Flexible timings is only for name sake. Micro-Management.
