I was working for Marketing division in alcon as a marketing manager.

...us once you will come back from Maternity leave you won't get your old job back. Firings are common, Hr will pay you 2 months salary and will fire you without support. Old system, No increment ,No job security, No Promotions. Not recommended for Female employees.

Good starting package. Work life balance. Good leave structure and policy. Cab facility for 1000₹

Too much of Favouritism. Managers are unprofessional and take things personally. Worst appraisals. Some Managers don't even give credit of your efforts while other managers will shower you with appreciation for no reason 😁.

Managers need a talking toy. If you do not fit they will hunt you like vultures until they take your job. Even after ethics complaint no action was taken and no answers been given to you for the investigation. The HR policy is the worst, no1 bothers to reply you. The TL's will pressurized you so much, you ended up being bed ridden. It was a pathetic organization with no job security or self value.

Cab Facility is good - Worker get Door to Door Cab just for 1000 INR Food Facility is average- Worker get food just for 30 INR for 1 meal Travel Opportunity is more Good Bonus

Promotion hike is very poor, No fixed percentage for promotion. Company just look for Less salary people even they don't have knowledge. Ignore high skilled and salary people.
