Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

After completing my Tenure at Asset Care Reconstruction company ltd;as Sr.Vice President in March 2013 (Promoted by IFCI & Others F/I,s ,Banks) I joined the above company where the Staff was very much competent & knowledgeable, Sincere but the main promoter of the company had never listened any good decision taken by me and because of this the CEO turnover was very much.Hardly they have stick to the Organisation.No free hand given to Top officials of Company.Therefore I left the organisation within 9 months.

Dislikes

In the company as stated above there is no system of Providing Training, no career Growth, no appraisal of Staff/ officers being carried out on yearly basis.Job security is also very poor as all people worried about their Jobs.
