After completing my Tenure at Asset Care Reconstruction company ltd;as Sr.Vice President in March 2013 (Promoted by IFCI & Others F/I,s ,Banks) I joined the above company where the Staff was very much competent & knowledgeable, Sincere but the main promoter of the company had never listened any good decision taken by me and because of this the CEO turnover was very much.Hardly they have stick to the Organisation.No free hand given to Top officials of Company.Therefore I left the organisation within 9 months....Read More

In the company as stated above there is no system of Providing Training, no career Growth, no appraisal of Staff/ officers being carried out on yearly basis.Job security is also very poor as all people worried about their Jobs.
