Company management is very racist, all promotions /increments will be for labenese employees no growth for Asian nationality. Very toxic environment. GM and HR Manager is very racist and toxic.

i would like to say about Alcat Really i believe that it is a great opportunity to be apart of Alcat they have good Management and great work force team and they are able to achieve the target goals in targeted schedule time and every payment also on time always safety also updating.
