When I joined the company, i thought this is growing start-up and it will be a good opportunity. But....this but, has given me worst experience of my life. I wish there could be atleast one thing i could appreciate, but i got to know some people here, that's it.

...bility again. She is basically hired to lie to all employees and make them fool. She never has any update regarding the salary. Davinder - She is so called finance person in office, who is again relative of CEO and has no basic knowledge of how company works. For everything, she just says, fire them if they are saying this. She just works as a coordinator between the employee and CA person and stays most of the time in GYM or kitchen for which she feels she is getting good flexibility at Albot, because she never has to work actually and getting salary in free. Ishtpreet- He is also a part of management and just takes the meeting for updates but he don't have any update regarding the salary. And moreover, he expects people to work without getting paid. He is aware of the company financial situation that people are not paid since 5 months but still he is roaming in company's finances and wasting it. These all management people are just wasting the Money of company. Which has finally got the company in situation where they don't have any money to pay employees. They don't follow any professionalism or company culture, or may be they are not aware at all. If you really care about your career, then be jobless but don't join this company. They will take away your mental peace and hardwork and not pay you back anything. They might start new company with new name so to cover their bad reputation as they gave done same with kryptoblocks as well. God bless them and give them some brain to not play with people's career.

You will never receive your salary on time, sometime it may delays upto 2 weeks-1 month. no one will respond to your query and you will be treated as an orphan member and there is no one to take a stand with employee.

First and foremost, I love the flexibility that helps me manage both my work and home efficiently and that is just because of the understanding and caring culture which exist among the people who work with Albot.
