No work life balance. Overload pressure. Listen bad words from boss. Irritating sales person calling every half n hour. HR is the most fokat person in company. No appreciation for your work even if you’re working hard for the company you made one mistake and youre gone.

Yes that's true.. Company totally trust on your availability and support in long run, proper team for supporting and making it better place to work.. Director is also down to earth and support in all decisions.
