It's really hard to sustain here as so much of work load with respect to weekend support, but hard part no one would support you, as senior will be there , but there are unto them self , so don't expect any thing from them.. Worst part is oral abuse infront of other peers as there should have some limits for everything... So the main question is how you can sustain here is, work for 14 hours, support weekends, and don't expect support from others, important is control everything when you got to any oral abuse... Important to note don't fall for gimik like 5 star review and as there were also posted by them self or else under director supervision.There is new things happening like gifts and others stuff to prove there are providing healthy culture.... Note: If u really want to work here follow above rule or else sudden termination, in all of these good part is you will be coming out with good knowledge, but all comes with high cost like your mental and physical health..

...day or may be more some time No money for working in weekends and no overtime. I was unwell so asked for medical leave and submitted the medical report but they fired me and didn't pay the salary for the 22 days for which I worked. The management should learn how to treat an employee.

... API testing, have learnt Python scripting. I had a tremendous skill upgrade. The salary and other perks are also best in the market.

Work life balance - but it’s more like I need to learn to manage this as be it this or any other startup, the expectation is to work more than normal 9-6 jobs. Nothing great comes in life without putting the extra effort. If you want to be different and ahead of the crowd of 9-6 jobs, if you have big dreams for yourself and are ready to put in that little extra. This is the best place.
