Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

... good cannot explain in words. Company policies is good but lacks at some point. Like you will not get bonus and salary hike every year but they give respect to the knowledge and take care to the knowledgeable people all the time. In a single word Alan bright steel Pvt Ltd is good company to work with if anyone wishes to join it .
