Let's talk about Alan bright steel Pvt Ltd it's one of the best steel company in terms of annealing of material and wire rode processing. Previously it was well known because of it's bright bar business which is still at it's best. In terms of jobs security i would give it 5 star. Work culture is awesome all the management is very helpful and provides utmost assistant. in my word it is great company for learning.Management are quite good cannot explain in words. Company policies is good but lacks at some point. Like you will not get bonus and salary hike every year but they give respect to the knowledge and take care to the knowledgeable people all the time.
