They salary is on time and it is a good company for learning Also they are giving ponus every year

There are a lot of politics, no career path improvement, management doesn't address our issues, HR department doesn't deal humanity with their employees, only some some managers are getting the most benefits from the company but the rest are not

...iors are very helpful in nature.job security i can say based on our performance.salary no increment for long period even around 3 years their was no increment.travel okay as per your contract.work environment excellent.work life i enjoyed alot at the time i was working in Alrashid.....

GOOD MANAGEMENT, SALARY ON TIME, WORKING HOURS GOOD (8 HOUR ONLY) HR DEPARTMENT IS EXCELLENT. OVERALL RTCC IS ONE OF THE BEST COMPANY IN SAUDI ARABIA

Salary on time which is almost available in all good companies of saudi Arabia

Delayed Appraisal and not guranteed. Only Boot lickers are considered for appraisal. Management is worst. Accommodation for Engineers is not provided well. Forced to stay with in a room of 4 People.

...re not arabic.then you will under them even though you are in the same position.the salary is 2 star in current market value.Will always find a way not increase your salary while arabic are increasing every year.HR are supposed to work between you and company but they are not.and acting like you are slave and they are your owner.will transfer you to any site if needed.don't care about how you transfer your thing if you care more than you bag.threaten if don't transfer that you will be absent
