The team is very good but if they don't have job they will not pay you for 03 Months they will hold your visa but if they can adjust they will adjust you in other projects but still nothing they will give you 03 months time to find a new job. Also getting increment is a long story not that easy. Specially if you are in Oil & Gas Department.
