The company profile is very innovative carrying leading brands like Philips, Whirlpool and Kitchen Aid with highly qualitive products. The work environment was absolutely good with excellent management . I appreciate our MD Mr. Mataar who strictly follows the UAE laws and regulation in terms of company policy and employment benefits and internal decisions. I am thankful for working in such organization for 15 years for a wonderful experience.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
