Individual departments working culture is good. Management does not intervene in the daily activities of the department.

Dislikes

The main problem was the salary delay for about 4-6 months and pending salaries for all the people who resigned are not credited correctly and they have not credited even after a year after resignation. Most of the departments are understaffed, so extra burden on the people who are working.

Nothing. I like nothing about this stupid institution. No value of words. Fraud people.

Dislikes

I worked there for more than two months without salary. Employees have to beg for their salary at this terrible institution. They don't give a f about their employees salary or health. I have seen their own nurse employee crying for salary to treat her husband. The lady who used to work there as department head before I got appointed also had six months pending salary when she left the job. Very very very bad institution. I had terrible experience. I will not recommend anyone to work there.

Working atmosphere is great,but you will have to compromise on timely salary. However colleagues were all very cooperative and friendly.Management is least bothered about paying salary to their staff on time.If you are ready to work without salary for several months then this is the right place for you.

Dislikes

Salary is always delayed. Usuallly there is a delay of minimum 3 months which is very annoying. Moreover management is least bothered about that.
