Only Monday to Saturday all 6 days week and in season time must to work on Sunday also

In Akzonobel there are so many employees who were works from last 10 to 15 years average because of it's job security, work culture, Management and Company policies..

Dislikes

Salary is decent but Career Progress is very Slow

Work life balance. Good compensation and health benefits. Flexible working hours. Nice office.

Dislikes

Disconnected Appraisal and Feedback System. Less scope for career growth if your from BI or DE. Employee-HR interactions are very executive in nature (almost no interactions). Onshore downsizing happened recently (check news), not sure when offshore (GBS IN) is going to happen (it’s obvious—merging may get duplicate records :)).

Likes

Healthy work life balance, very good leave policy, nice gifts policy for Diwali & Xmas, Bonus % is good, improved infrastructure, very good 50k OPD policy, improved working applications.

Dislikes

No transportation & Food facilities, Favoritism at middle management level, Employee + Parental insurance is a bit expensive.

Good place work in AkzoNobel. Timely salary transfers in account it is good for all employees. medical policy is good for employees.

Dislikes

Growth does not happen according to the work. there are enough men power to work in the field and there are more managers. The Traveling Policy is not good, as per the market expenses.
