Canteen food has always been pathetic, HR behaviour and grievance resolution very poor. Very less to almost none employee benefits, no transportation in night shift. You must own a vehicle for commute to work.

The company is a very good place to work. Compensation and benefits are excellent and work atmosphere is very good. I am an admirer of company's culture.

Dislikes

The company has canteens available at every plant but food taste is not good everywhere. Its a big concern for employees like us who are living distant from family.
