Company culture, growth Outlook, subsidized food facility, and compensation and benefits. Akums is one of the safest work place for women employees.

Canteen has very limited options and it requires management attention.

Good place to learn and move on. Expect extremely low package during starting years.

Dislikes

Canteen food has always been pathetic, HR behaviour and grievance resolution very poor. Very less to almost none employee benefits, no transportation in night shift. You must own a vehicle for commute to work.

Anyone challenging I am like, and solved the challenge my hobbies, as such analytical, documents.

This is like of the Akums drugs & pharmaceuticals, but old employee low salary according to new employees ( but, for working new employees to more working old employees, so this reason to change the company).
