Good working environment and culture. Team is supportive and management is transparent. Company policies are good.

As we all know, corona pandemic outbreak is all over world. In this situation, employee and employer has to support each other but here in company salary is not provided to employee if he is quarantine. In my view AKUMS pharma is big group that they should provide atleast basic salary to employee during this critical situation as maximum employee has only one source of income. On job training is not given to employees. Employees are not trained for data integrity and GDP.

Work life balance is good at Akums. Job security is good and salary packages are also satisfactory. The organization supports employee benefits and HR teams are also supportive. Employee benefits are taken good care of.

Canteen food is available on a low cost for everyone but taste is missing from regular canteen food. Instead of regular canteen, tuck shops available are providing good taste but cost is little higher.

Regular canteen food is tasteless. Either food taste shall be improved or vendor replacement is required.
