As we all know, corona pandemic outbreak is all over world. In this situation, employee and employer has to support each other but here in company salary is not provided to employee if he is quarantine. In my view AKUMS pharma is big group that they should provide atleast basic salary to employee during this critical situation as maximum employee has only one source of income. On job training is not given to employees. Employees are not trained for data integrity and GDP.

Company is renowned for job security. Salary always comes on time and colleagues work om collaborative approach. Akums is one of the best workplace which is super secure for female employees.

Parking facility is mismanaged by the vendor. It need improvement through proper allotment.

Learning and Development is good at AKUMS. Good salary package along with job security felt like a perk. Company is focused for employee health and wellness and drive additional health awareness camps to motivate. It's a good place to lear, grow and live.

Water filters and coolers are limited, some of them are placed at a distance. Concerned department should look into this problem and provide a resolution.

Subsidized food is available but quality is not good. Taste is not available in any food items.

No dress code is in the organization. Other companies have dress codes and when they come or go we also feel that Akums shall provide a dress code.
