Abusive work culture to male female both, words like “teegha muchkondi” “m******f****r” “bas*****d” “will chop you off” Nepotism & favouritism is full on, people are hired rarely on talent based but more on family relation, like person in procurement Policies are only on paper CEO is gossip don’t think he does not talk about your personal stuff Passing derogatory comments on female staff Zero worklife balance as you will be called at 11 pm or on Sunday’s or you are on leave, even if you are a female

Nothing to like about.

Dislikes

There is nothing to like about it. The Head of Marketing knows nothing, there is no working style, organogram, the roles and responsibilities aligned in the JD and real time is poles apart without any learning. There is no growth in the system as the seniors are either incapable or their responsibilities or have a shallow narrow mindset unwilling to adopt current working methods, style and culture. Employees literally have to remove their footwears and sit at desk as the founder believes "Working space is like a temple" Work culture is authoritative as everything routes to the founder and his wife and your personal life is scrutinized too with their interference. On papers there is Sunday as a week off along with public national holidays, but, in real-time these doesn't exist as on National holidays like Independence Day,employees are forced to come to the office as the founder addresses the employees with a meaningless ceremony and on dussera or Diwali employees are forced to work in office as, as per the founders beliefs these are cultural festivities that bring in good luck and work can't be stopped on these days or it will bring bad luck to the company. And if employees don't participate in any of such they are frowned upon, their beliefs and integrity is questioned and the founder has his own tantrums. Talking about that, the founder uses such fowl derogatory language while addressing employees during meetings so much so that an employees family heritage and upbringings are questioned.
