It's not a like dislike but it's regret for salary growth but I can understand that this NGO from donation so they can't pay you a big amount

Akshaya Patra Foundation is an unique company where you got not only job and salary. Here you can get job satisfaction. Because working for future generations (children) is an wonderful job. May be you may find jobs on lots of children organizations. But why Akshaya Patra is different means its company run by both spiritual gurus as well as professionals, such an unique structure. Strong policies. Wonderful CEO and CHRO. Great leadership. Their Down to earth mentality. Also working for Krishna also for children is a great combination. I love Krishna and Children. This is why this many Im working with Akshaya Patra. It is also a Great place to work certified. Ans ISO 22000 certified organization. If you got opportunity don't think just join with Akshaya Patra.
