There was no support from the organization. Even salary deduction was going on,No work No pay policy was forced with attending office as per requirement & accordingly paying low.

Very Very worst working culture with No job security...Average career growth, work life balance is poor....i will never suggest anybody to be the team member of such company...where no job culture and no job security.
