Strong policies. Wonderful CEO and CHRO. Great leadership. Their Down to earth mentality. Also working for Krishna also for children is a great combination. I love Krishna and Children. This is why this many Im working with Akshaya Patra. It is also a Great place to work certified. Ans ISO 22000 certified organization. If you got opportunity don't think just join with Akshaya Patra.
