May be you may find jobs on lots of children organizations. But why Akshaya Patra is different means its company run by both spiritual gurus as well as professionals, such an unique structure. Salary structure of the organization is very less for 2nd level employees and there is always a reason at the time of Increament period and provide minimum percentage of increment only. There is no security of Job.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
