Only one thing is Good in This Company that is It's Scope. High Salary Package in this Field but Aksh Opticalfiber Ltd Management isn't Good.

No Weekly Off, No Holiday, Work Pressure is Very High Compare to Other Companies. Manpower is Low . You Can't Get rest . Overtime is Not Provided by Company.

Aksh is good company , environment and also food, and also good timing that time before 2019.

After 2019 company makes losses, company removed most of talented employees also reducing salary ,there is no increment present time,

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology . I love the fact that I am a part of team that market reliable,high quality product and has a global client base.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometime late in to the night.

...ulture in company. Teammates are supportive and friendly environment in company. Company policies are good and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees
