The management often exerted undue pressure on employees, leading to a stressful work environment. There was a noticeable lack of support and empathy towards employee well-being. The company often made promises to clients that were unrealistic or false. This led to a culture of dishonesty and a lack of integrity in client dealings. Employees were sometimes misrepresented to clients in terms of their experience and expertise. Freshers were presented as highly experienced professionals, which was misleading and unethical. There was a tendency to blame employees for poor performance without valid reasons. This blame-shifting was often done to cover up management's inability to secure projects or manage resources effectively.

At Akra Tech, I've had a positive experience as a Python developer. The company provides great opportunities for skill development and learning. Akra Tech also gives employees time to learn, grow and offers guidance during mistakes, which helps with continuous improvement I've never had to worry about job security, which gave me a sense of stability. The work-life balance is good too, I had enough time to manage both my professional and personal life, without being overwhelmed. Overall I'm quite satisfied with my job and the experience I have gained here. it's been a great place to grow.

There have been a few downs, but nothing particularly noteworthy. Overall, it's been a positive and rewarding journey.

The work culture is unique in the sense that there is a lot of people from different areas which helps us get insight from different perspective. Also for me, the project manager gave proper details prior to starting which helped me to understand the concept and contribute accordingly. The communication with HR is also swift and they helped me ease into the company during probation by getting proper feedback at regular intervals. The project portfolio is also varied enough that we have the opportunity to learn multiple things while having proper guidance.

Dislikes

Communication although good, can get hectic. Especially as there is a lot of personal involved and we are expected to update each one individually even if there is a group with all of them. Also documentation can be tricky to nail as each person needs the document in a certain format. Fortunately the latter is now offset with dedicated team.
