Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

I was terminated within 30 days of hiring and the reason was my salary. They said the agreed salary is high. I was hired at 4.50 lack p.a and they gave me the option of 3.60 lakh p.a salary otherwise we are terminating you. So for my self respect and dignity I ask them to terminate me. Requested you to block these types of companies.
