Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Flexible / Understanding each & other / No interference

Dislikes

Holiday structures & clarity / Pay slip updates to staff's / Medical insurance to staff - 50 pc / Bonus - transparency / Saturday working time / salary on time. Suggestion is to give the pay slip from log in and also give all clarity on balance leaves/PF updates. Need to have good pay roll system for all staff's. Salary deductions if any like TDS/Debits against errors...

Good Working atmosphere and friendly colleagues, At covid period Akbar really supportive with half salary

Dislikes

Higher officials not friendly they are never ready to ask our opinions and wishes and As women we don't have separate rest room it's really disgusting And ADM issues....
