My Job profile is something I loved the most but I was at the wrong company.

Dislikes

The company failed to pay its employees on time. My experience was horrible. Neither, we could leave on time nor get paid for overtime. The manager always used to eat gutka and paan masala due to which the whole office smelled bad. I joined the company on the 5th of June and received my first month of salary on 30-10-2023 and for the second month, I received it on 01-10-2023. Working environment in cool, can manage proffesional and personal life easily.

Dislikes

Company does not have vision. So there is always crisis of funds which reflects in salary credit. Salary never credits on time. Lack of proffesionalism, casual behaviour of top management.
