AK takes good care of its employees.. and have become a learned individual by giving good exposure to employees..

Salary is good compared to market. Timings are fixed so no overtimes usually. Team members are helpful.

Dislikes

Poor work culture and HR policies. No canteen option. Employees have to be sitted on the place all the time. Top Boss is strict. No free working environment. No induction, Team outing, educational assistance, international relocation.

Recently joined AK CAPITAL, and my experience is nothing short of amazing. The onboarding process was smooth and well organised making the transition very smoothly. The team is incredibly supportive and giving me a chance to work with some of industry experts. Highly recommend this company.

Work life balance, guidance from seniors

You'll like the organisation initially. But when day passes you'll get to know that there is no proper manner to accomplish the work. You'll have to do everything by your own starting from acquiring new clients, collecting required kyc docs, processing the docs, onboarding the client to bringing the deal. Sales executive is supposed to do meetings and bring the business for the company, but here major operational job will be also yours. Thus gradually working in the organisation will not be satisfactory.

Everything....the management doesn't know how to speak properly i was in admin team and the seniors are really rude over there no proper management no proper planning nothing it's terrible over there....they have given any designation to any person who doesn't have any proper knowledge doesn't know how to draft a mail spelling mistakes not knowing proper English nothing very manipulative staff planning only politics and gossiping in office nothing else they will stab you behind your back
