Working environment is good and the Company Directors and CEO are good to work with them.

...etting better prospects but nothing like that I have suffered lots of things. HR and Senior level manager making there own interest and making there life better and making lower pay employees life worst.

Flexible working hours and Manager thinks staff is also that much flexible so they call you on your weekends. You will only get verbal appreciation.

Dislikes

...ember is resigning and leaving so your manager will give his or her work to you. Too much work load but no increament in salary. Office environment is toxic. Managers speak with staff as they are labours. Bad working experience.

...ur colleague, Manager or President, everyone is ready to help. Flexible timings. Salary is always given on time. You are known for your hard work and talent here.

Company organization is cooperative, management is very supportive, skiils and development and training is good, pay scale increase in three years if you reach your targets, target based incentives and commissions, overall very good company.

Dislikes

Staff promotion. Your skills doesn't matter untill your manager donot recommend.

Company's policies are not good at all and the people working there having rude attitude may be coz they all are from village and now working in various cities and abroad too...illiterate working ambience.

Bad people behaviour,low salary, too long duty hour and many more....
